Bio
Mason Bellamy, age 15, started writing music on the piano while in 6th grade. Soon he discovered guitar and started putting his feelings in his music. Writing about things both he and his friends struggled with on a daily basis, he quickly got a following. Now with band-mates Jeff Rettig (drums) and Alex Gregory (bass), they reach out through music to those who are hurting to show the love of Jesus Christ.
With music they call "positive" and "relevant", Mason Band strives to speak in terms relevant to today's youth. IN 2008 MASON was voted for online by thousands of fans to play at the Ichthus music festival in Wilmore, Kentucky. Following that performance, the Harold-Leader, in Lexington Kentucky, quoted Josh Brown lead singer for "Day of Fire". backstage, many artists mingled and complimented one another on their respective sets.
