Matt Channing

I started playing guitar seriously around the age of 15 and since then have logged time in various rock, country, fusion and jazz groups.

As a composer and theatrical sound designer, I have provided incidental music and sound design for such lauded theater companies and Denver's Industrial Arts and Chicago's National Pastime.

As a recording artist, my playing can be heard on such albums as 'Garden Gnome' by the Atom Smashers, 'Refueled' by the Sean Owens Band, and my ambient solo album, 'Infernal Racket', available under my own name on Bandcamp.com or under the name Had Matter on iTunes, Amazon mp3, and eMusic.


In 2013, I joined forces with Tameca Coleman to form Transmit Regardless. Our song 'Let It Loose' has received over 3,000 plays on Jango since going live April 26, 2013.
