Bio
Born in Seattle, WA in 1954, Matthew Cook studied Classical Music until the arrival of Folk-Rock in the late 60's. After 15 years of Folk, Rock, Country and Reggae bands in Washington State and Hawaii, he returned to Classical Music at Humboldt State University in Arcata, California. It was at this time that he began developing his unique style and arrangements of popular piano songs. Now with over 22 years of constant performance in upscale resorts and hotels on the West Coast and 10 album releases to his credit, he continues to awe audiences with his emotional and inspiring piano style as well as his guitar/vocal performances.
