Bio
My name is Matt and I have been writing songs for about 15 years. I have lost count of how many songs I have written and recently decided that after years of playing in different bands as a bass player, that I wanted to be someone that wrote songs for other people. The thing that I would say is my speciality is dark power ballads that have huge hooks. That being said I have written a heap of pretty thumping pop/rock songs! I'm currently playing bass in a heavy progressive/alternative band that sounds a bit like TOOL. I have started recording a few demos of my songs, enlisting some good friends to help me. On one of my tracks (I.O.U.) got a friend of mine to sing the vocal line as he has got the perfect tone to get the track kickin'.
