Around this time, Matt continued to stomp the local underground scene with his new formed group Born Stoned who quickly gained popularity in the market with free music give-a-ways and high energy performance with remarkable stage presence. While gaining popularity, the Born Stoned duo found themselves sharing the stage with a number of big names such as; Tech N9ne, Xzibit, Hopsin, La Coka Nostra, Swollen Members, Obie Trice, Inspectah Deck, Snak the Ripper and many others.

Late 2012, Matt Kron dropped a solo EP titled "Soundtrack of an Execution" a 7 track EP that explores Matt's thoughts on the chaotic world we live in and the stupidity of the human race. "Soundtrack of an Execution" is currently available on iTunes
