Bio

Moore can be heard on California's KMUD, as well as Indie 104 iRadioLA.

Five songs from Moore's album DIAGONAL will be featured this summer and fall on the PBS television series "Roadtrip Nation".

He is Cat Stevens meets Radiohead meets Sun Kil Moon meets Wilco without all the noisy gadgets. If he was an actor he would be Takashi Shimura. Or perhaps Jack Warden. If he was a concert pianist, he would be John Cage without all the clanging. His lyrics are dreamlike and freely associated, but the underlying themes are consistent: truth, vulnerability, peace. The songs are melodic and acoustic, and when he performs them, he tends to twist his head to the side, bouncy-like. If he was a novelist he would be Haruki Murakami. Wilde says all art is quite useless.

Moore has performed consistently since 1995.
