Rocking out to his first hand-me-down guitar at age 12 Matt was quickly sucked into the world of music. Within the next couple years Matt played with every guitar player he could get his hands on to learn as much as possible. Studying many different instruments (drums, Bass, Guitar and voice) at local music school Filedheacht Matt eventually was asked to teach guitar to some advanced students. Being the gear head that Matt is he was asked to not only run the guitar amplification and mixing for the schools annual performance show he also was asked to teach some Gear Workshops. Playing in various bands in the boston area Matt has gotten his fair share of stage experience. Bands that Matt has played with include: Shirley, Twist of Fate, Theoryshift and most recent venture Boston rock band VEGA. New England Venues that Matt has had the pleasure of playing at include The Palladium, Bills Bar, KC's Tap, Halftime Bar and Grill, Fusion Five and the Beachcomber.
