Matt Track

The solo project of the Montrealer singer-songwriter Matt Track is now on a roll, as he's just releasing the 4th EP of a "four seasons" project he and his band started a year ago.

Performing in rock bands when younger, Matt quickly turned to acoustic artists, and covered them in many concerts in Quebec. After an invitation to open for Nickolas Sarcevic (Millencolin front man), he's offered a redord deal in 2008 with an independant label of montreal. After about 50 gigs of experience, he decides that the record company won't do enough to help him out, and splits with them.

After about a year off the stage with that project, Matt now has new songs and starts talking with his publisher about the possibility to release a series of EP's that would be based on the 4 seasons his country goes through every year. "Leaf", the first one, is realeased in october 2010. Followed by 'Frost", "Spring" and now "4", Matt travelled around Quebec to promote his music and the media reaction is growing eversince.

Backed up by solid musicians, this trio gets to move the crowds by the wide range of grooves they take us into.
