"Max Fullard - And One [Official Video]"

Max Fullard shows how turnt he and his friends get in the new video for "And One." The Virginia Beach rapper released the Gabe Niles-produced track a few months back, and it was only right he offered up an accompanying visual. It's co-directed by Fullard and Jayson Bost and features a vintage-style feel as the rapper and his crew get rowdy and perform the track. D.R.A.M., Ced Hughes, Gabe, Artel Carter, and more make cameos.

"We (RBLE) tend to have a very deep diverse crowd at our events, from rap to Sunny & Gabe vibes. I wanted to capture that in the video," Fullard told us over email. "We don't follow the traditional rules in music, we create and we want what we want. 'And One' is how I'm explaining it. I want everything and more for myself and my homies." Check out the video for "And One" above and keep up with Max Fullard on Twitter. His Nights of the Forth mixtape will be released soon. - Complex

"Meet Virginia's Rising Crew RBLE"

Max Fullard: Widely considered to be the mover and shaker of the crew, Fullard is always up to something. Whether he has to make a flight to Atlanta, New York, or even Toronto, the 28-year old stresses the importance of being in the right place at the right time. "Back in the day the Internet used to be new, but now everyone is on there," he said. "I needed to find a way to get a leg up, so I figure I'd go to New York and who knows, I'll probably meet someone and connect with them face to face." His methods have been a success so far: his up-close-and-personal push of his Kickstarter-funded A Rebel Named Max mixtape saw him perform at a number of venues all over the world over the past year. His background with RBLE started in 2007, after meeting Hughes through a mutual friend. Hughes credits a lot of the team's connections to Fullard's "networking spirit." A quick glance at his Twitter account sees him talking to pretty much anyone about anything. His relationship within the crew, and his confidence in his own music, matured under the guidance of Hughes and Niles. "When I saw that you didn't need a major label to do this, I knew that we could do this," he said, as he described a time when he and Niles used to write hundreds of specialized emails to music blogs for support. Fullard’s music is deeply rooted in his own personal experiences, building off of the blueprint of crews like Pac Div and The Cool Kids sonically. "We were always trying to build off of the type of camaraderie that we saw from groups like that," he exclaimed, "It's the feeling of having something to call your own between your friends." Fullard is just following the blueprint of his musical elders: "Virginia has always been known to be innovative and different. People expect that. I'm just trying to add my own twist." The rapper will be releasing a new EP, Nights of the Fourth, this fall. - Billboard Magazine

Founder Hughes recruited players, one by one, who believed in the crew’s motto: “Creativity is about breaking the norm, breaking rules: Rebels Over Everything.” Since then, they’ve branched out to work on both solo and collaborative projects. Niles, known his for his production on D.R.A.M.’s #1EpicEP and hit song, “Cha Cha,” is currently working on the follow-up to 2013 #FREECANDY, an EP by him and Sunny (as the duo Sunny & Gabe). Fullard is dropping his EP, Nights of the Forth, this fall. Carter will release a new single, “James Brown,” this fall as well. “We wish to be the beacon for Virginia and bring more opportunities for the culture by collaborating with those who share the same mission as us.” - The Fader

"Max Fullard Returns With "1999" Feat. D.R.A.M"

Close to a year after the release of his successful Kickstarter-funded EP, A Rebel Named Max, Max Fullard is preparing to release a new project this fall titled Nights of the Fourth. The Virginia Beach-raised rapper teases the EP with its first single, "1999," premiered here on The Juice.

The dissonant and dark production, courtesy of producer and artist Gabe Niles, serves as a backdrop for the reflective song, as the rapper talks candidly about his days as a rambunctious young kid. The rapper gets some assistance from D.R.A.M., who spits a grimy verse that is completely unexpected and vividly real.

The song itself showcases Fullard and Niles' sonic chemistry and serves as an example of the "camaraderie" amongst the Virginia-based RBLE crew, which includes them two and rappers Artel Carter and Ced Hughes. - Billboard

"Max Fullard – Cruisin ft LIKE (of Pac Div)"

With the sun slowly easing out from beneath the clouds here in London at the start of a brand new working week, we have a brand new artist hitting the pages of VRS to make this morning just that little bit more bearable. Max Fullard, comes from the sunny Virginia Beach and is part of the Rebel E Crew. His newest release see’s him link up with LIKE on a pretty self-explanatory track called Cruisin off his upcoming mixtape ‘A Rebel Named Max’.

Cruisin is literally THE track you want to be easing into your day with. The production held down by TSK is oh so smooth. Combining a bass lidden drum-loop, shimmering synths and rolling hi-hats, you instantly get transported into summertime at the beach. Max goes in with the sung/rap approach perfectly complementing the euphoric production and contrasting LIKE’s hard-hitting verses.

So if, like me your struggling to wake up on this Monday morning, press play and keep it locked to VRS for the latest from Max and LIKE. - Versus Mag

"[Video] Max Fullard – “Trill” (Dir: Lionel Sapp)"

Max Fullard is a rapper who is a part of the Rebel E movement based in Virginia. After noticing the increasing use of the word “Trill” in the music industry, Max has decided to tell us what this word means to him. He does this without being flashy or having gold grills be the centerpiece of his music. He instead sticks to good lyrics, a laid-back beat and gives us examples of his influences throughout the song. It may not be what many now expect from a song called “Trill” but it is a great piece of music. Check out the video below. - See more at: http://thecomeupshow.com/2013/06/17/video-max-fullard-trill-dir-lionel-sapp/#sthash.AFSutA9w.dpuf - The Come Up Show

"New Review: @MaxFullard – A Rebel Named Max"

Rebel E Crew member, Max Fullard just released his album “A Rebel Named Max” few days ago and I could say i’m clearly impressed. Overall from the production to the lyrics makes this one of the best releases halfway through the year from the DMV and the quality of it shows that the 757 is definitely one the places to go for music right now. Keep your on eye on this guy, he’s one faces to watch this year. - SlapDash.Com

Rebel E Presents “Trill”, a track performed by artist Max Fullard.
The song, produced by Dante Lewis, has some cool visuals directed by Lionel Sapp that feature Max Fullard together with other members of the Rebel E crew rocking their dope apparel.

We feel that these guys have the potential to blow up so we will definitely keep an eye on them.
Another track by the crew is “Victor”, which was also produced by Dante Lewis. This time it is Artel Carter who plays the front men spilling awesome flows and swagging off the signature RBLE snap back. - Dieke Magazine
