 Houston, Texas, USA
BandPopSinger/Songwriter

I'm a song writer musically trained at the University of Houston. I write and record my own music and am interested in publishing my music. My genres are rock alternative, adult contemporary, country, new age, and music for TV and films.

Biography

I enjoy writing songs with acoustic guitar and piano and then changing them to fit different genres depending on need. I sing my own songs though I have access to other singers depending on the type of song needed. I own a home studio and play all instruments myself. I have been writing, playing and performing music most of my life and still perform music live occasionally.

Everything is Yours

Another day another war
You want Something better, something bigger something more
With what you’ll gain tell me is something lost..
And while you struggle for your broken Gods,
I send my best regards

Wake up now child and don’t you cry
Papa will remind you in songs and letters by and by
A shining secret you already know
The stars forever decorate your throne
Why won’t you bring it home

Brought to you from friends who’ve
learned a finer lesson
Everything is yours
Except for your obsessions

Bridge
Everything is now
A paradise lost in the games that we play
Everything is now
So Why do we make it so painful to stay
So Painful to stay

While God is shining from above
He sends his embassadors his messengers of love
To call you out of your blind preoccupation
When every moment is a revelation
Life becomes a celebration

Brought to you from friends who’ve
Learned a finer lesson
Everything is yours
Except for your obsessions

Through My Telescope

Through My Telescope
Lyrics and Music by Max Aguilar, Copyright 2010

I knew you’d be over
in the fourth quarter
you came on time
my prediction was right

The weather grew colder
And I met you over
A few drinks that night
We got wasted and cried

Chorus
Through my telescope
I see
your eyes smiling back at me
A tiny spark became
a star
a star that shines for you and me

The little green monkey’s,
A water fall junky
A miracle please,
with milk and coffee.

Guilty pleasures
And outdoor treasures
A movie tonight
The popcorn’s alright.

Bridge:
Who would have thought
We had the vision to stay on this mission
To seek out paradise

What a sensation
our piece of creation
And it’s all gonna turn out right… All right.

Chorus - Repeat
Through my telescope
I see
your eyes smiling back at me
A tiny spark became
a star
a star that shines for you and me
