Max Colby has unbelieveable lyrics and powerful vocals. He has the ability to have control over the listener. This is very rare for a musican. Pick any of his songs and you will feel this control. The strange part is that you can not find much information about him. If you live in the Minnesota or Illinois area, I beg you to please support him. Unfortunately, being from New England I can not make it to any of his shows. Hopefully, he will be on the east coast soon. Keep on keeping on Max!

singer/writer/songteller max colby has delighted and incited audiences at private parties, community functions, fundraisers, and various other performances throughout southern mn and northern ia over the past four years.
in addition to original material, max's repertoire includes songs of social and historical significance by artists like bob dylan, woody guthrie, johnny cash, etc., as well as the occasional irish drink-along.
he is currently completing preparations for the release of his debut album, hungry hollow road'.
