Max Cruz

Max Cruz (Maxime De La Cruz) is a young artist born and raised on the South Shore of Montreal in Canada. With a distinctive baritone voice, he discovered his talent for poetry and writing at the young age of 13. Later putting his love for words, and music together and exploring
his talent.

Max Cruz has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Busta Flex & Oxmo Puccino fromFrance, M-1 from Dead Prez, Ludacris and T-Pain. He has been the opening act for Gospel artists such as Detrick Haddon and Cynthia Jones.

Along with his former group The Committee, Max Cruz
placed second overall in the 2006 Hip Hop Forever festival edition.

Max Cruz is not a typical Hip Hop artist, and you will appreciate his unique style after hearing just
one of his songs. He effectively dissociates himself from the everlasting stereotypes and brings in a breath of fresh air with his empowering music. Today, he stands as a confident artist who thrives to motivate, energize, and entertain listeners.

Max Cruz, with his manager, founded PMD Music Group, a company that will provide musical direction and support, to young artists from all backgrounds.

In 2010 he released a promotional album entitled “Legend of Now”. Through the evolution of that project and the immense popularity of the album’s release, it soon became a motivational tool for his fans along with the music listeners that discovered him. All funds generated from that project
were donated to a nonprofit organization, dedicated to helping underprivileged families in Montreal.

Max Cruz is also actively involved with a local community center that provides help for families and individuals in need. There is still a lot to be seen from this young man, and we’ve only experienced the very tip of the iceberg in his career. Max Cruz is a talented artist, dedicated to his craft with a clear goal; to have a positive influence, and leave his mark on the music industry, for generations to come.
