Max Fred Band is an all acoustic Americana band from Kansas City, Missouri, whose high energy and thought provoking shows blend Bluegrass, Country, Folk and Americana.
Previously a solo act, Max Fred is now accompanied by Joshua Tate on the Upright Bass/Vocals and Keith McGeeney on percussion. Max Fred Band has played extensively throughout the midwest & Colorado in 2015.
Max Fred lives in Historic Hyde Park in Kansas City with his wife Ashlee, black lab Khloe and cats Aloysius and Tut where he has performed in bands and as a solo act, developing his own sound that combines thought-provoking lyrics and eclectic high energy music for audiences in Missouri, Kansas, Colorado and beyond.
