The Band is Alan, Ian, Justin and Anthony. We are from four corners of the world but are brothers in music.
Our sound is pulled from the edge of alternative rock and blues, spiced with a hint of reggae. The vocals are powerful and driven by emotion. The music is fresh and original. There are no themes of teenage angst or protest. Only stories about relationships started, nourished, and ended. Fans of O.A.R. and Indie rock will feel at home with our energy and sound. We are confident that listeners will be drawn in; confident that they will become fans. From our original works to our captivating covers, we strive to entertain and make an evening with us memorable and fun.

McNorSon's influences range from Irish Folk to Heavy Metal. It can be said that the band's sound is eclectic. We refused to fall prey to the typical sound of alternative rock "Indie" bands.
"20 Years of Fighting" was released in the fall of 2006. Our latest single "On the Airwaves" from fall 2010 can also be heard everywhere online that sells music: iTunes, Napster, etc....

Alan McCullagh is currently tracking and releasing personal versions of our new songs as singles which are also available everywhere you download music. "The Dream (In Everyone's Eyes)" and "Overcome" showcase Alan's unique approach to contemporary arrangement and his desire to tell stories that capture the imagination. Alan & his guitar can be found playing several of the small venues around town and is available for private living room shows featuring his "Tiny Concert" concept.
