VizzTone Label Group/R-Tist Records is proud to announce the release of their first CD for these talented teens - MdK – with their new national debut release, “It’s Never Over” (Fall of 2010).
Northern California natives, MdK band is a group of young Teenage American Root Musicians – who can rock the house with the best of them, and an introspective band whose sound rings true with the alternative groove of today and Pop Punk culture of Rock-n-Roll.
Mdk’s talent is so fierce and the inspiration is so strong that their music draws in equal measure from modern to classic rock without compromising integrity or missing a beat.
MdK and RobbyZ recorded the CD at Spiritwind Studios in Hayward, CA. “It’s never Over” features twelve original songs covering a wide spectrum of Mdk’s stylistic range. Starting with "Keep it Going", a soft-rocking remembrance of a girl that can’t be trusted MdK takes us through the edgy alternative new sounds of "Your History", "It’s never Over", and " Little Black Dress"; the powerful New Genre POP Punk Sound of "With You" and "Get Back Home", the soft hearted ballet of "Montanna" and "Something More"; the infectious pop-rock of "I know", and a few… well, YOU decide what to call them! MdK mixes new genres creating sounds that are fresh, contemporary, original and pure MdK. Creators of this album are: Nick Hays, (Guitar), Keller O’Rourke (Drums), Matt Salavitch (Bass) and Tyler Stimpson (Vocals).
MdK PLAYS NEW ALTERNATIVE POP PUNK that features twelve original rock songs which delivers the kind of high-octane performances that are making MdK a standout hit at local venues.
