MDotCook is an independent Hip-Hop artist born and raised in West Baltimore City, Maryland in a single parent home. He began rapping with friends around the age of twelve. Throughout the years, he continued his passion and found his own sound, but the lyrics tetered on the same topics as most artists. Nowadays, MDotCook finds inspiration for his music in his books and the history of his people. He combines knowledge and street grit so beautifully that you won't even be aware that he just gave you a history lesson. This is food for thought.
