Mean Mother

Mean Mother is a band with members from various Detroit metal bands that grouped together with one mission, to rock. The music is heavy rock and roll laced with guitar solos, plenty of classic rock influence and an abundance of attitude. Mean Mother draws influence more specifically from such bands as Clutch, Bachman Turner Overdrive, ZZ Top, Thin Lizzy and Black Sabbath. Hailing from Detroit, a scene that is currently dominated by White Stripes clones, Mean Mother strives to bring fun and debauchery back to detroit's music scene with their whiskey fueled guitar attack and tales of harley davidsons, booze, women, and muscle cars.
