Bio
Sam Lowen, Tomus Reade, Dale Jones and Luke Sandoe grew up in the sleepy town of Ringwood in England's New Forest.
But rather than slip into slow-paced local life, the boys set about forming a band. Their first attempt, 'The Waysters' enjoyed local success and a tour with punk upstarts The Towers Of London at the tender age of 16.
But the boys' musical tastes grew with age and they soon found themselves wanting to emulate the soaring melodies of Electric Light Orchestra and the big-band sounds of Arcade Fire - so after months tucked away in the studio, Media Circus was born.
And it wasn't long before the bigger stages came a-calling, and the boys moved to London to test their mettle in the Big Smoke.
After studio time with Tristan Ivemy (The Holloways, Tubelord, Frank Turner), the debut EP is ready for a release after festival season, and the band enjoyed their biggest gig to date - a headline slot at the Jack Wills Polo festival to 2,000 people.
Media Circus: Soon to be the name on everybody's lips.
