“(September 21, 2016) Though she’s only 18 years old, Megan Rose has spent years honing her skills as a singer, songwriter and pianist. She debuts with a ballad produced by longtime Philly soul man, Louis Anthony deLise (Patti LaBelle, Bunny Sigler), and including backing vocals from longtime SoulTracks faves, Helen Bruner and Terry Jones. The meeting between Megan and Louis was no accident. “Introducing, Megan Rose and her New Release “Inseparable” Recently, had the pleasure of meeting Megan and Julius, at the most smoothe “Jazz and Blues at the Station”. In 2015 Megan was interviewed by Raymond Bola Browne on his show called IGroove Radio and became a big fan of Raymond and the IGroove radio station. One day while listening to the Raymond Bola Browne show he had a guest appearance with Louis Anthony Delise. She was excited by his interview and with Raymond involvement Megan and Louis met. Louis Anthony deLise started working with her and within three visit they Co-written a song called, “Inseparable”, due to be out in May 2016. Rose is originally from Hackettstown, New Jersey.
Megan's
first singing debut was on May 12, 2012, at the age of fourteen years
old, performing a two-night show at the Stanhope House Jazz and Blues
Club located in Stanhope, New Jersey to a SOLD -OUT crowd directed by
Nick Johnson, Concert Director, performing old hits from Guns N Roses
and Motley Crue.
June
23, 2012 Megan performed at the historical "Highline Ballroom"
at Chelsea Piers in New York City. On August 5, 2012 Megan Rose
joined a band called "Garden State Project" and on August
9, 2012 their first performance was at the 36th annual "Music
Under The Stars" concert for the county of Hunterdon, New
Jersey. The band performed at the Pattenburg House in Pattenburg, New
Jersey and at the annual William Harley-Davidson “HOG BBQ Bike
Night” in Lebanon, New Jersey.
Megan
released her first CD/Album, "Live Your Life", on October
12, 2012. On December 7, 2013 Megan performed her "One Night
Only" concert at the Randolph Performing Arts Center. Megan Rose
also performed at Six Flags Great Adventure, the Martin Luther King
Jr. annual Jazz Dinner Festival, The Kraine Theater in New York City
and a number of other venues throughout New Jersey.
On
May 6, 2014 Megan Rose released her new original for the year called
"Sweetest Girl" in which half of all proceeds goes to her
charity foundation for special projects to help those in need. Megan
released her new original "I Can't Believe ft. Lil Mike" on
January 16, 2015. On April 18, 2015 Megan performed her own charity
concert at the Randolph Performing Arts Center hosted by Willie
Asbury from the Apollo Theater to raise money for her foundation.
July 10, 2015 Megan Rose release two additional originals, Love Me
Right and Heels On Volume Up her fist club song.
