"Refreshing"

“Refreshing… No one else like her...Guaranteed smiles.”
- Dub Publications, Illinois

"This song rocks!"

Great for kids! It's a simple tune that allows kids to rock out! My kids do the air guitar to this song and they are singing about their kitties all day long! Rock n Roll - Itunes

"About My Kiities by MeLady"

MeLady has a very refreshing sound. The lyrics to her song "About My Kitties" are adorable. The recording was very well doone with just the right touch of meowing kitties and giggles of fun from MeLady. - Itunes store

"CUTE!"

This is the cutest song I have heard in a long time. This girl has a style of her own. Love it! - allthatyoucanimagine Itunes store

About My Kitties (single)
Converse, 2008
Chicagoan MeLady (her stage name) is only six years old, but she's really startin' something here with her first single...without the need for irony or other grownup games, "About My Kitties" really is about MeLady's two cats (Lady and Kit Kat), how cute they are, and how she likes to feed them and pet them...MeLady raps, sings and squeals over a backing track that’s crunchy minor-key punk-metal—and the overall effect is silly, several orders of magnitude better than almost all the Disneyfied crap marketed as children's music...I'm really hoping for a full album...
