MELODIC BLUE hail from Vancouver, BC in Canada. The name is no lie -
they've got some really terrific melodic, and then heavy, and then
melodic, driving rock that's infectious to an extreme. They've sent us
two tracks from their upcoming CD "World II Power"; we feel certain that

Bio
Jamie Nicholson and Steve McCarthy met through mutual friends in March of 2008 and formed Melodic Blue. An opportunity came to record a few tracks for an independant film. When the film had dropped Melodic Blue decided to keep recording material and release an EP. The name Melodic Blue came from their self titled track Melodic Blue. With many long hours in The Farm Studios in Vancouver Canada under Garth Richardson their debut EP titled World II Power is set for release in February 2009. Produced by Jamie Nicholson, Steve McCarthy and Scott Ternan
