With no holds barred, Memphis Mobstaz (Mem Mob) bring candid neighborhood story telling as well as vivid, real life accounts of urban day-to-day street life in the rugged streets of Memphis, TN. Mem Mob'z clever usage of metaphors with their brash delivery is a different twist and change for the ever evolving street rap scene of today. In an attempt to break away from the negative aspects of everyday inner-city living, Mem Mob has preferred to direct their interests and attentions into lighting up the city of Memphis and beyond with their captivating shows of wordsmanship and performantry.

NutCase, da Ghetto Child started rapping as a hobby years ago in the North Memphis neighborhood of Klondike. He started perfecting his style and elevating his rank amongst his peers of fellow MC's and is known as one of most gifted freestyle rappers in the city. Q Peezy is a product of the North Memphis Dixie Homes neighborhood, where he is one of the premier artist in his area. Young Mookie is a teenage phenom in his North Memphis neighborhood of Mitchell Heights (NAP Town area). At the tender age of 14, he has gained recognition as one of the best kept secrets in all of Memphis.

After many years of dues paying freestyle rap sessions and battles, Mem Mob has began to step up the ante' and make a professional push in this rap game in which they deeply love. Now equipped with the fierce street rap production of Bell Entertainment Group Productions, Memphis Mobstaz are poised to make a successful crusade into this blissful world of street hip-hop.

To close out the 2004 year, Memphis Mobstaz were one of only twenty acts chosen to participate in the finals of the Sony/Gigamerica Urban Showcase at the famous New Daisy Theater in Memphis, TN.
