An original and fearless new talent, Marisol Medina delivers an odd cool style of comedy that is unpredictable and engaging to audiences. Raised in Houston, Texas, Marisol began as a dramatic actress and continued in Seattle and Los Angeles until her most dramatic scenes caused laughter. Since then, Marisol turned to comedy and now takes audiences into an alternative world of hip, and unexpectedly relatable original characters.

Marisol is an Upright Citizens Brigade and Groundlings alum. She has performed at Groundlings, UCB, The Comedy Store, The Steve Allen Theater, Los Angeles Comedy Festival and Comedy Central Stage. Her sketches “American Apparel” and “Trash Talk” have been featured online and in print. Marisol now resides in Echo Park and hopes to one day be as cool as it is.
