Metrograde

Metrograde is the Alt / Pop Rock collaboration of Seth Lord (Guitar / Vocals), Darriel Montgomery (Bass / Vocals), Joe Snyder (Guitar / Vocals) and Austin Tackett (Drums). The band is based in Tyler, Texas, but often ventures into the Dallas / Fort Worth Music Scene. With all four members growing up listening to much of the same music, the guys have developed a style that is influenced by bands such as incubus, Kings of Leon, Maroon 5, Foo Fighters, and many more.Bands that Metrograde has performed with include national touring acts such as Bowling For Soup, P.O.D, Big Story, and the Toadies as well as several well-known Tyler and DFW local artists such as This Day Forth (Tyler), Svenny Baby (Arlington), Babe (Tyler) and many more.At a Metrograde performance, you can expect an energetic, and engaging experience for every audience member. Metrograde's original music is developed to be accessible to listeners of all tastes, while, at the same time, being "interesting" enough to create an enjoyable listening experience for those more educated in the fields of music. All four members of the band are classically trained and boast college degrees in either music performance or education.Metrograde's self-titled EP "Metrograde" can be found on Spotify, iTunes, CDBaby, and several other music streaming services.
