Miami Distrikts have kick-started 2016 with
their debut single, a double-A-sider of two future classics: 'Night Once More'
and 'Move Down'.
The London-based duo bring over two decades of
experience to their sound both on stage and in the studio. Jonny D cut his teeth first in the 90s as a House DJ
and producer, gigging internationally and remixing tracks for numerous artists
and labels. Brent M has a background in songwriting, film score composition and
live performance.
Miami Distrikts blend live and electronic
instruments with slick beats and atmospheric vocals to create smart music with
a hazy, sun-drenched edge. Their music has drawn comparisons with Hot Chip, Gus
Gus, Tycho and Washed Out.
More singles are planned for release in the
coming months, with a full-length album due in the summer. Welcome to the
