Michael Phillips also known as Mike Phill hence the stage name Mic Feel is a native of the historic Tulsa, OK which is home of the infamous 1921 Race Riot on Black Wall Street. Notable artist from the area include GAP BAND/ Charlie Wilson. Mic Feel delivers a souful melodic sound that embraces and infuses R&B culture and HIP HOP/Trap. Early artist influences include Musiq Soulchild, Bilal, Avant, John Legend, Dave Hollister, Donnell Jones, Jaheim, Tank, Ty$Dolla Sign, Future, OVO sound and The Weekend. As the youngest of six children Mike has always enjoyed singing but didn't get involed in the art until meeting his long time friend Matthew Le-on Miles in eight grade. Mike excelled in sports and school and eventually went off to college at Lincoln University (MO) and joined Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. During his time in school he performed multiple songs and was involved in plays as well. Music and sports quickly began to take a backseat when Mike had his first child. He stepped away from the music and into the corporate world to better provide for his family but Mic Feel quickly returned and started building his brand and networking until he finally stepped back into the music world and recorded his first single and hasnt looked back since. Now he plans his first song titled “One Time” orchestraded by platinum producer JHawk and his manager Keenan Smith to reintroduce the world to his brand and become the next R&B superstar!
