Bio
Michael O'Grady was born in Warren Ohio on June 24, 1989 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. At age 6 piano was the first instrument he picked up and continued lessons for the next 9 years. Drums and percussion soon followed after that and O'Grady continued to play drums through middle school and high school.
In 2001 at age 12 Michael experienced an AC/DC concert which his father Joseph took him to. From there on it went all downhill. Michael began playing bands in the local area and working on other music projects.
In 2007 he had mild success with his band Voletta. The band performed a series of concerts for a Battle For Myspace contest. Out of over 100 bands Voletta came in first place and was awarded 500 dollars in cash, 2,000 dollars worth of recording time at Track 6 Studios, and a chance to open for a semi-national act. In 2010 O'Grady moved out to Hollywood, California to attend Musicians Institute (MI) In hopes to make music a permanent career.
