Micah, age 29, is a graduate of Broad Ripple Center for Performing Arts in Indianapolis, Indiana. A native of Indiana, he currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio where he writes, performs, records, and produces R&B, Neo Soul, and Progressive R&B music. He has worked with recording artist Timothy McDonald (who has 1 album produced by famed producer Roger Ryan) and collaborates with DJ Spider as a songwriter/co-producer. Micah has been creating music and songwriting since 1993. Micah recently was executive producer for all his debut album entitled, For The Love of Smooth. He wrote and performed all 14 songs on the album.

Micah has 2 published sci-fi novels (Nargasaan Prophecy: Book One & Nargasaan Prophecy: Special Illustrated Edition) and has written articles and web copy for a host of other sites, is a grant administrator for the Speculative Literature Foundation (http://www.speclit.org), and has written several screenplays the past 3 years.

My influences include (older generation): Sam Cooke, The Isley Brothers, Marvin Gaye, Michael Jackson, The Eagles, Hall & Oates, Eddie Kendricks, Otis Redding, and Stevie Wonder.

My contemporary influences are: Brian McKnight, Case, Carl Thomas, Neyo, Anthony Hamilton, Eric Roberson, Coldplay, Mary J. Blige, Jon B, Babyface, and many more.
