Eagles rock ballads,
with the California
Rock that hit us with
shows like “The OC”
and 90210. His
tracks are a solidly
produced mix of uptempo
and laid back
instant classics, that
are as comfortable
on AC stations, or the
charts... its great music
and one that tells
a story - so i wouldn’t
be surprised if a hundred
TV shows pick
up these songs to
help plug their storylines!
Its very rare that i go
and put music onto
my iPod instantly -
but its the kind of
music that grows on
you as time goes by
and can create a
mood instantly just

Influenced by all the masters, from Mozart to led Zeplin, Mo Town, Beatles and Marley have a strong influence on my style of songwriting.
MICHAEL ABBOUDS first live show at the infamous Jamison st, Sydney attracted known artists such as NEIL SEDAKA, PETER ALLEN, and Sydney's A list. An original singer/songwriter and performer, MICHAEL has been composing songs since his early teens for Warner Chapel, peermusic, JIMMY CLIFF, SONY TOMPSON (PRINCE), RON LASTER, TONY COOK (THE JAMES BROWN SYNDICATE) and other international artists.
CHADWICK models discovered Michael and he went on to feature as the main lead on many campaigns including ELIZABETH TAYLORS campaign (fragrance Jewels) shot on the QUEEN MARY LA. MICHAEL moved on to released an EP So Far Away which received many nominations from APRA (Australasian Performing Right Association), and his Video won the Silver Award ACS (Australian Cinematographers Society).
Upon Moving to LA Michael launched Backstage with the COPELANDS and became the flavour of the month making front-page headlines on The Wall Street Journal, and The LA Times. Backstage attracted many well-known music and film industry celebrities, where the scandals and good times are far too many to mention.
Signed to FBI (Frontier Booking International), LA MICHAEL matured perfectly and is now well and ready to venture to the top. Recently he has been writing and recording in the highest standard of studios with Australias top producer MURRAY BURNS. The world class EP TIME has already attracted the interest and support of MGM, peermusic and Albert Music.
MICHAELS desire to launch TIME in Australia first is a testimony to his love for the place he calls home. He strongly believes that all Australian artists should continue to support the industry by producing and releasing their product here first.
The World wide release of the EP TIME will kick off in Australia, and move on to the US, Europe, and South East Asia. He will always return to his home Australia to write, record and produce his future work. This is where his creative juices seem to come more naturally. MICHAEL ABBOUD is a genuine and enduring artist who remains free in his own art.
