Bio

Michaela Grace Norton was born in 1995 on opening day at Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Dallas, Texas when she was six years old. From a young age music has been an immense source of happiness and inspiration for Michaela. According to her family she was singing before she could talk and writing before she learned cursive.

Her singing career began at the tender age of four when she gave an “after concert” on the family picnic cooler singing Shania Twain’s “Man I Feel Like a Woman” at Crane’s Beach Castle in Ipswich, Massachusetts.

When she was eight she won her first talent competition singing Reba McIntyre’s “Why Haven’t I Heard From You” in the all school talent show and she hasn’t stopped singing and writing since.

During the summer of 2012 Michaela was introduced to Keith Follese by Jason Davis, Founder of One One Seven Media. She was invited to Nashville to co write and record 4 songs with Keith who has written for Faith Hill, Marina McBride, Tim McGraw and Lady Antebellum. Infinite, produced by Keith Follese, is the outcome of that session and her debut EP.

Michaela Grace is thrilled about her infinite, boundless opportunities to make people happy and thoughtful through her music. She is thankful for the opportunity she has been given to work with some of the best in the business and hopes you enjoy her music.

While country music is her passion, she enjoys all music, particularly folk, and as she continues to develop look for hints of these influences in her work.
