Mike Cruz

Mike Cruz is a versatile musician, songwriter and producer. Known for touring internationally as an all around sideman on keyboards, guitar and background vocals for acts such as singer/ songwirter Josh Rouse, The Autumn Defense (featuring John Stirratt and Pat Sansone of Wilco), as well as Hotel Lights (featuring Darren Jesse of Ben Folds Five) . His songs with the band Five Point Plan have been featured on televison shows such as the CW's 'Girlfriends' and in films such as the Paramount Classics release 'Mean Creek'. The songs posted here are versions from an upcoming album featuring Glenn Kotche (Wilco) on drums, Tim Carter (Kasabian) on lap steel, mandolin, and ukelele with Mike on guitars, bass, keyboards, and vocals.
