Whats up?! This is Mike P welcoming you to the official Sun Vogue Sonicbids page. Sun Vogue consists of myself, co-producer and writer of now performing pop band GUNLOCK, and sublime vocalist Aaron James. We teamed together in an effort to resurrect the musicianship that was present during the rise of The Beatles to the fall of Led Zeppelin. It was during these times that if you were doing well in the music industry it was because you deserved to be there. Today it seems like talent is not what makes you great, it is whose hand you shake. Sad, but true.

Good music is one thing, but great music is a world of something else. Great music, in my opinion, would be the classic melodies conjured from Simon and Garfunkel to the imppeccable harmonies of The Eagles; and the simplicity of Paul McCartney's bass lines to the sheer theoretic genious of Van Halens guitar riffs. And it is these great artists that we proudly applaud and credit as our source of influence.

If you ever venture to one of our shows, generally at a low key coffee shop, you will hear the tune of many of the great acoustic classics, maybe even some modern ones, while playing some of our own originals, which are on this page for your auditory and cinematic pleasures. We promise that if you are trying to have a relaxing, yet thrilling and exciting night then join us at an upcomming show. We will keep you updated periodically about our shows.

The CDs that we make are all original songs written by Mike P and Aaron James and are instrumentally arranged, recorded, and produced by Mike P at Sun Vogue Production Studios in Orange County, CA. We hope you thoroughly enjoy everything that we, musically and visually, bring to the table.
