The Decoys are a Jazzy House Band that plays Electro Funk Grooves. With blues inspired riffs and elctronic beats this retro-fussion funk ensemble hammers down some back beat rhythms to make the body groove. Extenda-jams, crowd pleasers and band favs make this group a lively trio break up the serious world of fussion-funk jam groups.
Steve Tantone rides the keys with the greatest of ease. Morphing sounds into liquid drops that add sugar to your smile.
Pounding on the skins is Jack MacGregor, a no-nonsense rhythm maker and percussionist that succintly states every boom-bap so you get the point to groove or be finished.
Plucking on the guits, is mike "sassy" sasso using his degree in beat-science to jams out some old-skool beats with occasional shout outs to the crew adding the flavor to the booming trunk of funk.
