About our Music
To help our soldiers face the stressors of everyday life I have written an album. The songs range from American classics like Thank You For Serving to Hip Hop, Speed Metal, Rock and Roll and everything in between. This diverse spread is a reflection of the musical taste of the boys and girls serving in our armed forces. The message in these songs will save lives.
The song, The Girl Can’t Do It I penned in the late 1987 after read a story of a young man who committed suicide after a break up with his girlfriend. This is a song with a real message. One day I played it for my dear friend John who Thank You For Serving honors. John was having a tough time getting over his divorce. After hearing the song, his face dropped and he got the message, the girl could just not do it.
Other songs like The Man With The Thousand Yard Stare enlighten all who hear it to the perils of Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome. There are more and we will produce them as well as remakes of the greatest songs from WWII sung by Jessica Liberty (O'Brien).
