MidKnight Train (formerlly known as "Wild Knight and Co." and "Willie D's KnightShift") has a current line up consisting of the most talented and experienced musicians this band has ever seen! Willie, who formed this band in 2003, was trying to bring together the best talent he could find.
His first recruit was guitar extraordinaire Mike “Freebird” Freeman. Despite his young age, Mike is an experienced blues guitarist and songwriter. Willie and Mike had been playing together for years in other projects when they finally decided to join forces and create a cover band that would "cover" all styles of music.
Willie’s next recruit was singer, songwriter, and flutist Triana “Troubles” Wilson (don't ask!) Triana's versatile vocals and musical background add both quality and Latin flavor to the band.
In search of a drummer, we found the best, Glen Titus is an incredible drummer able adapt to any style of music. He lays down the foundation of rhythm with that kick in the...If you know what I mean!
The two newest additions to the band were finishing touches. Guitarist and singer Mike Lucas, better known as "British Mike", brings out the soft side of MidKnight Train. His acoustic guitar playing truly makes this band "whole" in its sound.
The final addition is Miss Stefanie Reis. Stefanie, better known as "Little Mama" was given her name for her incredible ability to sing the blues. Stefanie adds so much to this band with her vocals, percussion, and keyboard playing.
All of the members of MidKnight Train are professional musicians that continually work to improve their skill and perfect their art. Most of them have side projects that help hone their talents and drive their commitment to music. They are sure to entertain you and deliver quality in every performance!
