Bio
Midway Blue came together in November 2008 after solo artist Warren Stone was playing with "Stone And Friends", a trio, which included long time friend Parker DeWitt (Drums/Vocals). The band incorporated sounds of country, blues, funk and rock, but felt as if they were lacking another element. The previous summer, DeWitt had been sitting in with a rock-jamband out of Murrels Inlet SC named "Fatt Eyed Tuna", when he started jamming with lead Guitarist, Tyler Roberts. Warren's solo acts landed him in Florence, SC at a local bar in November of 08', and attending this gig were Roberts and DeWitt. They talked with Stone about the possibility of a group. The boys finally got the sound they had been looking for when good friends Livingstone McBryde (Bass) and Jeff Springs (Mandolin) stepped into the picture! "We try so hard to give you something else rather than your average Joe country band!"
