Equal parts modern and vintage the Mighty Network is giving classic ATL hip-hop a fresh feel with the mash up of old school music (think Bobby Womack & Curtis Mayfield) and funky lyrics. - IheartDilla.com

The Sound : Mighty
Mighty Network is a hip hop trio consisting of three rappers: RedCoat da Poet, Sleep Classic, and Dubb Young. Since its inception, the group has been on a mission to wake up the masses with their creative flows and soulful delivery. Their music is insightful, inspiring, and heartfelt. No matter the subject matter, there is an authentic vibe to the music that can't be fabricated. The group's diverse background has enabled them to create a sound that can't be limited by region, class, or genre. With lyrical content that discusses the lifestyles of players, hustlers, and the common man alike, they provide social commentary that reflects the struggles of growing up below the mason-dixon line.
Mission : create a " Mighty NetWork"
Since its release, Mighty Network's self-produced and critically acclaimed album "Solid Infrastructure" has been labeled a classic by the fans. Each track provides a soulful glimpse into the highs and lows of the group's struggles to maintain not only in the industry but in the world at large. It has proven to be a fan-favorite and thanks to the numerous internet blogs(allhiphop.com, Ozone magazine, dirtyglovebastard.net, ballersevenyc.net,zillasays.com, etc.) that have supported the project, the music is rapidly spreading across the globe. True to their name, the group has created a "mighty" network with well respected artists such as Bobby Creekwater, Killer Mike a.k.a Mike Bigga, and EDI of the Outlawz. Always looking to expand their brand, Mighty Network's single "Don't Let Me Go Down" appeared in the feature film "Step Off" which was released by Lions Gate films in March of 2011.
After numerous performances (often appearing with a live band) and a genuine grass roots marketing campaign, Mighty Network has earned the respect of fans and peers on the independent music scene. Their next project "Welcome 2 Mightyland" is currently in production and the group is staying busy with shows and collaborations with other talented artists. Thanks to their consistency and tireless work ethic, the future continues to look bright for Mighty Network.
