'MigraSon' was formed in 2008 to create an extraordinary reggae-band with some nearly classical instrumentation! The participation of our classic section (violin, violincello & greek bouzouki) enables us to create a real different sound to all other roots reggae bands located in Europe and give us the chance to include some french chanson-ballads in our musical material too. In so far, we're not only influenced by jamaican roots reggae from the seventies, but by 'roots'-music from all around the world! That's to say that we're playing the music 'della mafia' in Italia from the sixties as well as 'burning sounds' adapted from artists like 'Burning Spear', 'Tiken Jah Fakoly' & other french reggae artists. Therefore 'MigraSon' take also a glance beyond his regional frontiers to the musical community in whole Europe, to exchange themself with other bands and promoters of their neighboring states. We're not only trying to entertain the people but try to learn also something from these different cultures to correspond to their wishes and hopes with our musical work in the future!
