Bio
As a music producer, Miguel A. Gaetán has composed music for a variety of television and film productions. Currently, he is producing songs for independent artists at Orange Room Studios in Atlanta, a division of Beal Street Entertainment and is also scoring independent movies for Beal Street Entertainment. He regularly performs as a percussionist with the Atlanta band Indigo Sunset. Miguel has toured as a percussionist with bands across the U.S. and with the USO in the Caribbean and South Pacific.
He has worked as a music engineer for a number of well-known artists including Bobby Brown, Usher, Ralph Tresvent, Da Brat, OutKast, Goodie Mob, Slimm, Backbone, Joi and Organized Noize.
A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Miguel attended Florida A&M University where he studied Music Business and Education. His musical influences include Quincy Jones, Sweetback and composer John Williams.
As a percussionist, Miguel possesses a great sense of timing and describes his playing technique as "tasteful."
