Mike Fresh represents a new generation of recording artists. Real name, Michael Davidson, the young performer adds the title of acclaimed producer and songwriter to an already impressive repertoire.
Currently writing for EMI, Fresh started recording in high school under the engineering and developmental guidance of Marshall "Crack CEO" Walraven. After the release of his first mixtape "The Leak", Mike's youthful lyrics, unique delivery, and clever concepts caught the ear of Atlanta and former Gucci Mane producer, Zaytoven. So much so, that the two recorded 4 tracks during their very first studio session. The creative dynamic between the two led to multiple projects and quickly escalated the young artists achievements to include collaborations with Roscoe Dash and Gorilla Zoe.
With more than 2 million downloads and radio play spanning most of the Southeast, Mike has performed as the opening act for names such as; Nicki Minaj, YC and Pastor Troy. His discography now includes five (5) mixtapes: DJ Smallz & Mike Fresh "Student President", Zaytoven & DJ Genius Present " Fresh 1101", DJ Genius & DJ Iceberg "Fresh 1102" , DJ Genius & Mike Fresh " Cinco De Mayo" and "Dj Iceberg presents "The Feature Presentation"
Also serving as the head of Five Star Production LLC, Mike Fresh's EP and "Fresh Life" campaign are scheduled to release "3rd Quarter 2011" and include the already popular street single "Solo Dolo".
