Bio
With experience ranging from DJ gigs in Europe to building startup record labels, Mihalic Enterprises has grown from a diverse music background. Started by Nicholas Mihalic in 2014, Mihalic Enterprises originally developed its roots in consultation in Europe while Nicholas toured as a DJ. He gained experience with international logistics, booking, touring, and negotiations. Nicholas’ experience as an artist himself has helped him in working with smaller artists in building their own careers.
After a return to the United States in 2015, Mihalic Enterprises began anew in Seattle, WA helping with events at venues like Q Nightclub and Foundation as well as side work with USC Events. Outside the club scene Nicholas brought the skills of his consulting to local bars again helping develop theme nights for their patrons.
With 2020 and the Coronavirus pandemic, Nicholas brought Mihalic Enterprises to Los Angeles, California. His work over the past year has included building Mars Records from the ground up, advising its founder and team on writing a business plan, brand guidelines, legal and tax requirements, and release marketing campaigns.
