Bio
Mike Khalil was born in
Los Angeles, CA, and started playing guitar at age eight. Mike won the
"Instrumentalist of the Year" award in high school, and attended
Musicians Institute in Hollywood. From there, he
graduated with a B.A. in Music Performance, worked in Los Angeles as a
session and touring guitarist. From there he relocated to
Nashville. There he recorded and toured with a diverse group of artists,
including, Kelsey
Waldon, Jamey Johnson, Allison Krauss, Bob Wayne, Jaime Wyatt, and many others. He
now resides in Southern California and does recording sessions and
produces original music.
