The 16 year old Los Angeles native has made a name and brand for himself. Up until 2008 Almighty was fine with working silently in his home studio cranking out beats for himself and his close friends, until he produced the song “Bad Chick Alert” With the high popularity of this song which drew over 10 million downloads in just 4 months, he realized that he had an authentic sound that stood out from others. From Atlanta to New York he became the talk of both towns for months creating an industry buzz and the question of “Who’s that Kid”.

Raised by both his mother and father, Almighty is the oldest son of three brothers. Born Michael Travon Reddick III, he is the oldest and first grandson on both sides of his family. From a young age he was easily attracted to sound and music. His mother, once an aspiring songwriter made it easy for him to explore different types of music by teaching him to sing, harmonize and arrange vocals. His great grandmother who played classical piano and sang Opera in her younger years forced him to reveal one of his biggest secrets. She promised Almighty her piano only if he learned to play, it was on that day he revealed his ability to play piano by ear with his eyes closed messaging the keys fluently. Needless to say, the piano is now officially his. Almighty is the only family member to pick up the piano talent since his great grandmother stopped playing over 20 years ago.

Almighty pulls from many sources for motivation, using his imagination to create and write music. Having no real plan of style or direction he simply goes off of how he feels, rather it’s a love song, hip-hop, jazz or pop, he has the ability to tie it all together and make magic out of music. “I see it all in my head and in my dreams...you know, then I bring it to life through music.”

Being that he’s a natural perfectionist that also makes him his own worst critic. He enriches his craft by utilizing recording software programs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro and visiting his local music/instrument stores on the regular. The newly released debut mix tape “Cloudy Water" will answer a lot of questions on how far Almighty’s visions can go. Although still new to fame…his alter ego takes care of his shyness when he nerves gets the best of him. He’s a natural at being a star when on the stage; he simply shows up, shows out and leaves the stage burning. He wows you in meetings, on the red carpet, and in front of the camera.
