"We are technically a band called Mike Gatto:
We all got together to perform Mike's music and didn't see the point in thinking of a new name because surely sounding like a cake is entertaining enough. We love making music and we really want you to hear what we do and love it as much as us!"
On the success of 'A Guilty Kind Of Pleasure' and 'Too Old To Club' Mike signed a publishing deal with Sunshine HQ and a deal with Ambicon records as well as setting up the bands own label Crucial Sounds, which acts as an umbrella for all their music related work.
Mike has collaborated with hip-hop duo TGM on a single called 'Get By' (Defjam Records) Mike and the band are now situated in Newcastle and intend to continue making music forever!
Mike Gatto's albums are available all over the internet. The Mike Gatto band are currenty working on a brand new single called Phone Box
