Mike Johnston had a guitar put in his hands at the age of 12. That guitar has yet to leave his hands... Drawing influences from many diverSE artists such as Paul Simon and Tom Petty to Mike Bloomfield and Trey Anastasio, music is his life. It's the only thing that has ever really made sense. Each performance gives birth to a new layer of skin for this musician. Every taste, sight and experience are equated in his head and pushed out onto paper. It just makes sense that way...
