Midas

Mike Midas is an American Pop Dance artist from Miami Beach, Florida. He brings fun and excitement to each performance. With his outgoing personality and knack to work the crowd, Midas has wowed crowds from NJ to FL.

Midas began writing music at the age 11, when he first discovered the guitar. He wasn't the only one though, his other childhood friends also discover their passion for music. Midas and four friends all decided which instrument they would play and that day, started a rock and roll band.
In 2005, Midas say his goodbye and headed south to Florida, where he continued his education in the music business. Attending Full Sail University and interning at places such as Slip and Slide Record, Midas has a strong music business background.

Midas find inspiration for songs through life events he has encountered. In every song he writes, he pours in his heart. His music idols are along the likes of RHCP, Incubus, Eminem, Tupac, Billy Joel and Elton John, to name a few.

Currently, Midas is working on his first full length album and has recently released the first single "Party Poppin"
