You might not like my music. I'm not much of a singer, but I'm strongly of the belief that the church of rock and roll doesn't require quality of training or talent so much as quality of heart. I love honest, raw music, and try to keep my folk/country mess to that.

Kristofferson wrote a song about a guy who was a walking contradiction, partly truth and partly fiction. Always thought that sounded a lot like me. I'm the smart guy in the class who never tried all that hard; the tech-addicted iPhone jackass that turns it off and leaves it at home when he goes fishing on the weekends. A white collar kid who's always thought the blue collar guys understood things a little better. A born-and-raised Southern Baptist that doesn't like church too much, but who'll use my whiskey breath to debate theology with you because it's fun or maybe it's important - depends on where in the whiskey I am. I split my time between law school and music, and, unfortunately, music gets the short end of the stick most days, but I'm hoping some day soon to get a full-length album's worth of material put together, and in the meantime I just like going out, playing shows, and sharing time and drinks with people who love music as much as I do.

I have two demos recorded, one of original songs, and one of old-time church music.
