Mike Renick Band is from Cape Girardeau, MO and has been together for 6 years. We call it college-rock in the same vein as bands like Dave Matthews Band, OAR, etc. We are a 5 piece group that features drums, bass, saxophone, electric guitar and acoustic guitar. The original music is melodic, rhythmic, and has plenty of space for sensible improv jams. Two things set us apart from most bands. You can't put a finger on the style and the musicians are good! If you want a band that brings lot's of energy to a crowd ready to have a good time then book the Mike Renick Band.
