Mike Wagoner has spent the past decade as a dual musical citizen – recording and performing in Nashville, Tennessee during the spring and winter, and touring the Pacific Northwest in the summer and fall . His musical work in Nashville has led to three critically acclaimed albums – “Down a Country Road” (2001), “Gone Fishin’” (2003), and “Blue Collar Heart” (2005), recorded in Nashville’s renowned Moraine Studios. His finest work yet, “Just Playin’ for Fun” was also recorded at Moraine and features cameos from Nashville veterans and a very special debut - check out Track 9 on Just Playin' for Fun for a big surprise! Mike’s collection of original songs is varied – from country-rock to ballads and soulful folk, with a peppering of humorous songs throughout. One of his many musical talents is to put his signature spin on forgotten classics, bringing them new life. He also has an uncanny ear for covering the great vocalists – from Willie Nelson and Johnny Cash, to Neil Young, James Taylor and yes, Elvis.
