Becoming Wizards... Mikey and the Alignment...

Michael Barrett, aka Mikey is the singer/songwriter/guitarist. He writes stories that are dramatic and theatrical touching on all things magical, mystical and heroic.

He emerged in 2011 from the shadows to form a band, in the style of The Wizard. The worthy chosen were as follows; Tristan Bowman on bass, Dan Trotter on guitar and Leland Hallet on drums. Together they developed a way to "psychedelically stimulate human evolution" through their first album "From the Wizards Sleeve" in March 2012.
It's now 2014: The year of the Wizard; and the new album "Wizards Align" is nearly ready for the masses.

MIKEY
Founder of Epic Acoustic Folk Rock, Mikey has the imagination of 30 small children. He's an excitable guy, thriving on the power of creation and achievement.

TRISTAN
Looks like a Viking and similarly has a healthy appetite for meat, wine and women. This man is solid as a rock with every slap of the bass neatly placed, he commands presence with the slightest raise of the eyebrow.

JESSE
A meek and mild appearance is just disguising the rhythmic wild man that is drummer Jesse Falls. His beat bank is amply full of bad-ass beats to drive this band into greatness.

ROWAN
A man known to live life vicariously through the wind plane, Rowan enhances our magical majesty with the power of flute! His melodies fit so neatly its as if he has been with us since the beginning. He bringeth colour to the shadow!
